  Our help desk is offered on a per seat per month basis and is run along side our NOC for quick escalation if required.

• Service Desk

  For desktop patch management, anti virus compliance, software installations & updates, user account creation, break/fix jobs and peripherals device management, our knowledgeable service desk agents can help.
